Since 1970, we have been honoring a local REALTOR® who has served not only their profession but also the communities we serve with “The REALTOR® of the Year Award.” A REALTOR® of the Year must excel in the following categories: REALTOR® Spirit, Civic Activity, Business Accomplishments, Local Association/Board Activity, State Association Activity, and National Association Activity. The REALTOR® of the Year selection committee is made up of past NFCAR REALTOR® of the Year winners only. A selection process and categories used to select a REALTOR® of the Year often vary from association to association.
